Armin Strom Gravity Equal Force P.03 for Collective

Collective Horology’s next collaborative release hails from independent watch brand Armin Strom, lauded for its unique fusion of the Swiss-German horological tradition, avant-garde “transparent mechanics,” and an unwavering commitment to horological innovation and extraordinary movement decoration.

Collective Horology’s third collaboration in their Portfolio series is with Armin Strom, the family-owned independent Swiss watch manufacture located in Biel, Switzerland. The watch was inspired by the technical gear associated with their shared passion for outdoor exploration, and the joy in wearing something that is both beautiful and functional.

It will be just over a year and a half following the brand’s meeting with Asher Rapkin and Gabe Reilly, founders of Collective Horology, when the timepiece is presented in November 2022. Rapkin says that the views shared by Collective Horology and Armin Strom led to an impressively quick completion of the project. Armin Strom co-founder and master watchmaker Claude Greisler agrees: “When we first met, we talked about the same watches, discovered we shared a similar philosophy about the industry, and felt much respect for each other. The tech approach for the P.03 with the outdoor connection made it a gratifying collaboration.
